Throughout the project's implementation, from initial technical needs assessment and customized formula development to repeated sample testing and mass production delivery, we provided precise responses to customer requirements. By optimizing the product formula with the addition of composite light stabilizers and antioxidants, and employing a precision extrusion process to control film thickness uniformity, the product's anti-aging performance far exceeds the GB/T 20284-2015 industry standard. Verified by a third-party testing agency, it can withstand extreme temperature cycling from -40℃ to 85℃, with a performance degradation rate of less than 5% after UV aging testing. Simultaneously, we established a comprehensive quality control system, rigorously testing every roll of film from raw material procurement to finished product delivery to ensure stable and reliable product quality.
After the project was put into operation, Shengding New Materials' customized EVA film not only provided robust encapsulation protection for the power plant, helping to increase annual power generation by more than 3%, but also achieved an annual reduction of over 12,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, accelerating the regional energy structure's transformation towards a green and low-carbon model. With its professional customization capabilities, innovative technical solutions, and reliable product quality, Shengding New Materials' EVA film has been widely used in various harsh environment photovoltaic projects around the world, covering different scenarios such as plateaus, deserts, and coastal areas.
