With market orders continuing to surge recently, production lines at Shengding Advanced Materials’ plant are operating at full capacity. The warehousing, packaging, and loading operations are running smoothly in coordination, resulting in daily bulk shipments of EVA and TPU films—a scene that reflects the company’s robust production and sales momentum.
The EVA films produced in the workshop are divided into multiple series, including photovoltaic encapsulation, colored architectural decoration, and ultra-transparent laminated films. Thanks to their high light transmittance, resistance to yellowing, and ease of processing, they are shipped to photovoltaic module manufacturers and artistic glass processing companies across the country, meeting the demands of projects such as residential doors and windows and landscape partitions. High-end optical-grade TPU film, as the company’s core product, features bulletproof and blast-resistant properties along with low-temperature flexibility. This batch is being delivered to clients in the security curtain wall, rail transit, and high-end equipment sectors, where it can be used in demanding applications such as bulletproof glass, high-speed rail windows, and architectural skylights.
The warehousing team rigorously conducted material inspections on the rolls, moisture-proof packaging, and specification sorting. Logistics vehicles took turns entering the facility for loading and unloading, handling both domestic full-truckload direct shipments and full container loads bound for overseas markets. From order scheduling to rapid delivery, Shengding High-Tech relies on its in-house, end-to-end production capabilities and standardized quality control to consistently meet the supply needs of domestic and international customers, supporting the development of multiple industries—including photovoltaics, construction, and security—with high-quality polymer films.
