Foundite’s autoclave is a core pressure vessel used in the deep processing of laminated glass, primarily designed to perform the high-pressure lamination and curing process for laminated glass using PVB, SGP, and TPU films. The equipment utilizes dual convection heating to precisely and automatically regulate temperature and pressure, operating according to preset process curves. It thoroughly evacuates air from between the glass and the interlayer film, ensuring a tight bond between the two and effectively preventing defects such as bubbles and delamination in the finished product, thereby guaranteeing the optical clarity and structural stability of the laminated glass.
This equipment can process flat, curved, and irregularly shaped laminated glass, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. In the construction sector, it is used for the production of safety laminated glass for curtain walls, skylights, and guardrails; in the new energy sector, it is suited for the manufacture of photovoltaic laminated glass; in the transportation sector, it can produce automotive windshields and rail transit window glass; and in the security sector, it is used for bulletproof and impact-resistant specialty laminated glass, as well as for the composite molding of new materials.
Foundite can customize autoclaves of various specifications based on customers'sproduction capacity. Equipped with multiple safety interlock protections, these units ensure safe and energy-efficient operation. The products are widely used by domestic glass deep-processing enterprises and are also exported to overseas markets. Backed by comprehensive installation, commissioning, and after-sales technical support, they provide stable and reliable integrated high-pressure lamination solutions for the production of various types of laminated glass and composite materials.
