Shengding High-Tech Materials’ TPU film is an optically graded aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane interlayer film developed in-house. The product features high light transmittance and low haze, delivering clear, distortion-free optical imaging, as well as excellent resistance to yellowing; it remains resistant to yellowing and loss of transparency even during long-term outdoor use.
The film exhibits outstanding mechanical properties, including high tensile and tear strength. Under impact, it absorbs and disperses kinetic energy while firmly bonding glass fragments, providing exceptional ballistic, impact, and blast protection. It performs exceptionally well at low temperatures, maintaining good elasticity even at -68°C without hardening or becoming brittle. Formulated without plasticizers, it reliably bonds to glass and PC sheets; the composite structure resists bubbling and delamination, making it suitable for extreme operating conditions.
The product is ISO-certified and complies with multiple international standards, ensuring safety and environmental friendliness.
