Middle Eastern customers visited Foundite to inspect TPU film production line: a new chapter in deepening international cooperation
Recently, Foundite welcomed a group of distinguished guests - a delegation of potential partners from the Middle East. The purpose of this inspection is to gain an in-depth understanding of Foundite's TPU film production process, quality control system and production capacity, and to lay a solid foundation for future strategic cooperation between the two parties.
In front of the company's headquarters building, Mr. Zhang, general manager of Foundite's international business department, led the team to hold a simple and warm welcome ceremony. 1. Visit to the modern production line
Under the premise of strictly following safety regulations, the customer delegation first visited the TPU film intelligent production line built by Foundite with a huge investment. Production Director Wang Gong introduced in detail the fully automated process from raw material input to finished product packaging.
Middle Eastern customers showed great interest in the high degree of automation of the production line, and paid special attention to the stability of the temperature control system, which is a key factor in ensuring the consistency of TPU film performance.
2. Strict quality inspection system
In the quality control laboratory, technicians demonstrated to customers the key indicator inspection processes such as tensile strength test, hydrolysis resistance test and moisture permeability test of TPU film. Ms. Li, the quality manager, emphasized:
"Each roll of TPU film has a complete traceability record, from raw material batches to production parameters, and then to test data, to ensure consistent product quality."
3. Efficient and intelligent warehousing system
The last stop of the visit was the company's newly built intelligent three-dimensional warehouse. The warehouse supervisor demonstrated how to achieve efficient inbound and outbound management through the system:
"This constant temperature and humidity warehouse with a capacity of 5,000 tons can ensure a high shipment rate, while also ensuring that TPU film products are stored in the best environment."

After a full day of in-depth exchanges and field visits, Middle Eastern customers spoke highly of Shengding's technical strength, quality control and service concept. The customer representative said:
