Shengding High-Tech Materials is a high-tech enterprise in China with independent R&D capabilities across the entire TPU industry chain. It specializes in two main types of laminated glass films—EVA and TPU—which are suitable for diverse applications including residential decoration, high-end security, and aerospace and defense. The products have passed multiple international environmental and system certifications, successfully replacing imported high-end materials.
EVA films are characterized by high light transmittance, ease of processing, and cost-effectiveness. They are available in three main series: high-temperature ultra-transparent, low-temperature photovoltaic, and colored decorative. These films offer excellent light transmittance, a simple hot-press lamination process, and are suitable for a processing temperature range of 90–130°C. The products offer stable adhesion and resistance to yellowing, and are widely used in artistic decorative glass, architectural doors and windows, photovoltaic modules, and smart dimmable glass. The colored variants can be customized with specific colors and textures to meet personalized decorative needs for landscape railings, interior partitions, and other applications, making them suitable for small- to medium-volume glass processing projects.
Optical-grade TPU film is the company’s core high-end product. The company independently masters raw material synthesis and film formation technologies and led the development of the national standard for aviation polyurethane films. The product features outstanding impact resistance, bulletproof, and blast-resistant properties; it remains flexible even at -60°C, offers strong adhesion, and can be laminated to inorganic glass and PC organic sheets to effectively absorb impacts and prevent shatter. TPU films across all grades are used in applications such as aircraft windows, bulletproof glass for armored vehicles, high-speed rail windows, bank security glass, and high-end curtain walls. They offer weather resistance, oxidation resistance, and puncture resistance, making them suitable for demanding environments in the military, rail transit, and high-end construction sectors. Relying on a CNAS-accredited laboratory, the company conducts full-process performance testing and supports customization of specifications and hardness upon request, with products exported to markets both domestically and internationally.
