Recently, Shengding Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., focusing on the field of new polymer materials, has continued to increase its R&D investment and optimize the intelligent upgrading of its production lines. Orders for its core TPU and EVA film series have grown steadily, and the company has made new progress in expanding its domestic and international markets.
As a provincial-level “Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative” enterprise and a national-level high-tech enterprise, the company specializes in the R&D and production of optical-grade TPU interlayers, as well as EVA films for photovoltaic and decorative applications. It has achieved full autonomy and control across the entire supply chain—from raw material synthesis to film processing—and has taken the lead in drafting relevant national standards for the aerospace sector. Several of its products have broken through foreign technical barriers, successfully replacing imported key materials. Backed by a CNAS-accredited laboratory and multiple invention patents, the company’s products combine high light transmittance, resistance to high and low temperatures, and impact resistance, finding widespread application in aviation equipment, security and bulletproof glass, rail transit, photovoltaic encapsulation, and high-end architectural decoration.
Currently, the company’s production facilities are operating at full capacity. Photovoltaic-grade and ultra-transparent EVA films, along with high-end TPU film materials, are being shipped in bulk to various regions across China and exported to numerous countries overseas, with orders from international customers continuing to increase. Meanwhile, the high-temperature-resistant polymer new materials project is progressing in an orderly manner, further enhancing the company’s product portfolio.
