EVA interlayer film is a hot-melt adhesive film made primarily from Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate Copolymer (EVA), with specific additives, produced through a casting process. It is commonly referred to as "modified EVA film" within the industry. Compared to TPU, EVA material is more cost-effective, has a lower processing temperature, and also offers good transparency and adhesion.
Shengding's EVA interlayer films are mainly divided into three series: High-Temperature Ultra-Transparent Series (processed at 90-130°C), with extremely high transparency, mainly used for high-end architectural glass, decorative glass, and artistic glass; Low-Temperature Ultra-Transparent Series (processed at 90-110°C), suitable for temperature-sensitive applications like photovoltaic module encapsulation and LED smart dimming glass lamination; Colored Series, offering EVA films in various colors for creative indoor/outdoor decorative glass, glass walkways, and landscape design.
EVA laminated glass, while ensuring safety (shattering without scattering), is widely used in sunrooms, skylights, partitions, furniture, and solar panel encapsulation.
