With market orders continuing to grow recently, the Shengding Advanced Materials factory is bustling with orderly shipping operations. Batches of EVA and TPU films are being shipped out to fully meet the supply needs of domestic and international customers.
The production workshops are operating stably at full capacity, with batches of rolls that have passed rigorous quality inspections being transported to the warehouse area one after another. Warehouse staff carefully verify specifications and models, sorting and packaging photovoltaic-grade and decorative-series EVA films, as well as optical-grade TPU films, while ensuring moisture protection and meticulously completing a series of processes including inventory checks, packing, and labeling. High-transparency, yellowing-resistant EVA films are primarily shipped to architectural glass, photovoltaic module, and art glass processing companies; high-end TPU films will be supplied to security curtain wall, rail transit, and specialty protective glass projects.
Freight vehicles enter the factory premises in an orderly manner, with staff coordinating with forklift operators to load and unload goods systematically, ensuring proper stacking and secure loading while balancing shipping efficiency with transport safety. Domestic shipments are sent directly to processing plants across the country in full truckloads, while some goods are packed into containers for shipment to overseas markets.
From production and quality inspection to loading and shipment, all departments work closely together, strictly adhering to quality standards and efficiently meeting customer delivery deadlines. The consistently high shipment volume reflects the market’s recognition of the quality of Shengding’s film products. Moving forward, the company will continue to ensure stable production capacity. Leveraging its proprietary technological advantages, it will support the high-quality development of the laminated glass industry through reliable products and on-time delivery.
