Foundite's EVA Glass Laminated Machine:Smart Manufacturing for High-Quality Laminated Glass

Foundite has independently developed a vacuum laminating oven, available in multiple models including single-layer, double-layer, and four-layer dual-circulation configurations. Utilizing a vacuum high-temperature lamination process, it enables the production of laminated glass without the need for an autoclave. Compatible with a variety of films—including EVA, TPU, and dimmable films—it is widely used in the production of architectural curtain walls, photovoltaic panels, artistic glass, and curved specialty glass.

The equipment is equipped with a PLC-based intelligent touchscreen system that supports scheduled start/stop operations and cloud-based remote control. Combined with modular zone heating and turbo-driven forced convection circulation, the temperature difference within the chamber is maintained within 5°C. The uniform, underfloor-heating-style heating eliminates bubbles and delamination issues, resulting in an extremely high yield rate for finished products. The four-layer dual-circulation model features independent A and B heating zones, allowing for the simultaneous processing of glass of different specifications; this cyclic operation significantly boosts production capacity. The fully automatic hydraulic lifting platform offers stable load-bearing capacity, with no deformation even when fully loaded, making glass loading and unloading convenient and effortless.

Insulation utilizes seamless nano-thermal insulation materials, reducing energy consumption to just half that of traditional equipment, offering outstanding energy-saving benefits; the vacuum system, equipped with German technology, features power-outage pressure retention, oil-water separation, and pressure relief alarms, ensuring that sudden power outages will not ruin the glass. The entire machine features a reinforced steel frame and is equipped with lightning protection and wide-voltage adapters. It is CE and ISO 9001 certified, making it suitable for use in both domestic and international factories.

The equipment is fully compatible with our factory’s proprietary EVA film, with process parameters highly optimized to significantly reduce customer commissioning costs. With a small footprint and low investment costs, both small and medium-sized glass processing plants can quickly begin production.
