Films coming off the production line undergo a performance re-inspection one by one. After confirming that specifications, thickness, and appearance all meet standards, staff apply moisture-proof protection, wrap the products according to standard procedures, and label them with order information. They carefully distinguish between ultra-transparent EVA films for photovoltaics, EVA films for architectural decoration, and optical-grade TPU films to ensure they arrive intact during transport. Forklifts shuttle back and forth across the site as staff verify documents and count quantities, efficiently completing the loading process.
EVA films are supplied to photovoltaic companies and glass deep-processing manufacturers for use in photovoltaic encapsulation and architectural laminated glass; high-performance TPU films are shipped to customers in sectors such as security curtain walls and rail transit to meet the demands of high-end safety glass projects. Domestic orders are shipped directly by truck, while export orders are packed into containers and shipped to overseas markets.
