It consistently maintains material stability, providing solid protection for aviation glass. This ensures that the aircraft glass remains unscathed after long exposure to harsh environmental conditions, with its protective effectiveness undiminished.
This TPU protective film features high transparency, with a light transmission rate of over 90%, possessing the pure optical-grade characteristics. When installed on aircraft glass, such as airplane side windows, cockpit canopies, windshields, and other transparent components, it offers a clear view. It allows pilots to see as if looking directly into the sky with the naked eye, with the contours of clouds and details of landmarks clearly visible. Exceptional Adhesive Characteristics
The outstanding adhesive characteristics of our product are like an invisible super glue, firmly anchoring itself to the aerospace glass. In the event of bird strikes or impacts from debris carried by air currents, which may damage the outer layer of glass, our thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film can restrain the fragments with its strong adhesive force, preventing them from spraying into the cabin and endangering personnel safety. a ) It should be dried and sealed in a clean , ventilated and light - shielded warehouse with temperature of 15℃-30℃ and relative humidity of 20%-50%;
