In the new energy photovoltaic sector, low-temperature photovoltaic EVA film serves as the core encapsulation material for photovoltaic modules, used in ground-mounted solar power plants, commercial and industrial rooftop distributed solar systems, residential solar systems, and BIPV (Building-Integrated Photovoltaics) products. The film encapsulates solar cells, glass, and backsheets, blocking moisture and UV radiation while enhancing light transmittance and power generation efficiency. In architectural safety glass applications, high-temperature, ultra-transparent EVA films are used in high-rise curtain walls, skylights, stair railings, bathroom partitions, and frameless glass doors. When laminated, the glass does not shatter into flying shards upon breakage, while also offering sound insulation and moisture resistance. These films are compatible with tempered, curved, and patterned glass, meeting safety standards for residential buildings, office towers, and shopping malls.
In the fields of artistic decoration and specialized optoelectronics, custom-colored EVA films are widely used to produce artistic laminated glass, landscape screens, interior feature walls, and smart dimmable glass. They can be paired with various textures and colors to create personalized designs. Additionally, they are suitable for art prints and protective glass for cultural relic displays, offering optical purity without haze and low processing barriers, making them ideal for small- to medium-volume custom orders. The products have passed environmental certifications and are exported to markets both domestically and internationally.
